PCPAAA President Honored at State Convention

Frank Guckes, Texas Alumni Member of the Year 2025

At the annual Texas Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (TCPAAA) convention held this year in Waco, the Texas Citizens Police Academy Alumni Bill Ennis Award, which recognizes the Texas Alumni Member of the Year, was presented to PCPAAA's president, Frank Guckes. Frank was recognized by Texas Citizens Police Academy Alumni for his dedication, work, and leadership of the Plano Citizens Police Alumni Association (PCPAAA) and Citizens Assisting Plano Police (CAPP).
